Xiaomi Mijia: Intelligent hot air fryer
The Chinese manufacturer is launching its new smart fryer with the label Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer. This oil-free fryer offers several smart functions, including up to fifty recipes.
The specifications page is available capacity up to 3,5 liters. Thanks to the hot air system, this fryer can prepare various dishes without oil, which is a healthier alternative.
This first fryer from Xiaomi can reach a maximum temperature of up to 200 degrees Celsius and can evenly distribute heat within a 360 degree range. Thanks to this, you can prepare your fries so that they are not raw inside, but they are also crunchy.
Bluetooth connection and mobile application
But that's still not all, new Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer includes a Bluetooth connection. This allows us to control its activity directly from the smartphone. With Xiaomi Home, you can program the start of operation and select the temperature or frying mode.
There are also the mentioned 50 types of recipes for great tips on various oil-free dishes. In addition, there is also a practical OLED screen with a rotary selector, with which you can configure various modes, select the operating time and temperature at which you want to fry.
Price and product availability
New intelligent fryer with marking Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer 3.5L will be sold in China through crowdfunding. Its price starts at only 299 Chinese yuan. In the current recalculation, this is approximately 38 € / 46 USD.
We don't have information about global availability yet. However, it is very likely that in the coming weeks it will also appear in the offer of popular international retailers, such as Aliexpress.com.
