On September 30, 2020, Xiaomi presented several devices to the world through a conference. In addition to the expected Mi 10T series, which consists of smartphones My 10T Lite, I 10T a Mi 10T Pro, we also saw a global version Xiaomi Mi Watch.
If you read our previous article about these watch in Chinese version, I'm sure you know they are miles away from those newly introduced. Before long, an avalanche of criticism has begun on the Chinese giant from all sides.
Just an ordinary "smart" watch
What attracted many smartwatch fans on the Xiaomi Mi Watch was the system. Open system integration WearOS from Google was what enthusiastic fan hearts have been calling for for so long.
Thanks to this system, he was able to do many more things on the watch, bringing it a big step closer to the dominant Apple Watch. To our surprise, the manufacturer decided to release only "dumb" watches for the global market, which seems like a fatal mistake.
We did not wait long for a wave of criticism
A number of comments from disappointed and outraged fans began to appear under the post about the official global performance on the social network Twitter. Great frustration is not to be overlooked.
It is #MiWatch! SpO2 monitoring, 117 supported exercise modes, and other awesome features. #MiWatch will help you stay on track!
Stay tuned for the upcoming release. #SmartLifeMadeSimple pic.twitter.com/KlRpGW5vjM

Many of the comments still believe they will see a global version of the WearOS open watch. Some explain it as a big trip to the fans, others are very disappointed.
But we have to say that the newly introduced Mi Watch watch offers really excellent parameters for its price. Long battery life, beautiful AMOLED display, oxygen measurement, sleep monitoring and many other features that this "smart bracelet" brings.
We do not yet know whether the Chinese Xiaomi will respond to this dissatisfaction. We will continue to monitor the whole situation and bring you the most up-to-date news.
