The global Xiaomi Pad 5 is finally getting the MIUI 14 update

Xiaomi does not let up in updates to the latest MIUI 14 superstructure and now the global version is also coming to the tablet Xiaomi pad 5.

Although the Chinese manufacturer claimed that we should wait for the update to MIUI 14 for this tablet only in April, it managed to do it a little earlier, which is definitely welcome.

Just some time ago, MIUI 14 also arrived in a cheaper tablet Redmi pad, and there happened to rapid increase in performance.

MIUI 14 and Android 13

The good news is that in addition to the MIUI 14 superstructure, the new update also includes the latest Android 13. This way you can enjoy the focus on performance and optimization.

The update is in version V14.0.3.0.TKXMIX. It is also the one that corresponds to the Mi Pilot variant of this software, so we will have to wait a few weeks.

If we look at the changes that we will achieve with the update, the performance has definitely jumped up and with it we have also seen a reduction in system lag.

Interestingly, there is no mention of an aesthetic change or any extra feature, so we have to wait for the result and reveal until the update.

However, Xiaomi takes care of its tablets and we expect to introduce a new one soon Xiaomi Pad 6 series, which will bring some remarkable changes and improvements, mainly in terms of performance.

The parameters are still very excellent

Xiaomi Pad 5 includes 11-inch 2,5K display  with a 120-hertz refresh rate. The processor takes care of the performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 along with 6 GB of RAM and at least 128 gigabytes of storage.

The back contains a single camera with resolution 13 Mpx, up to four speakers and also a battery with capacity 8 mAh, which you charge with a maximum power of 22,5 W. The qualities of the Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet were also shown in our review.
