Huami 's press conference was officially announced at August 27, 2019. The theme is the introduction of the new Amazfit watch with the advertising slogan “Run, Amazfit! Run! " (translated: Run, Amazfit! Run!).
It is immediately clear to all of us that this slogan is inspired by the cult film Forrest Gump. However, it also tells us that the new expected watch will be focused on sports and maybe just running.
A clear inspiration from Apple

The new Huami Amazfit will have a square design and is expected the display will be under a curved 2.5D glass. However, no other parameters are known yet. However, we can say with certainty that the new Amazfit will beat the Apple Watch with its price tag.
The real successor to Amazfit Stratos?

We already know that it will bear the name Amazfit Smart Sports Watch 3 and will probably be a direct successor to the legendary Amazfit Stratos watch. This is indicated not only by the similar design, but also by the display used.
The photo above was also published by the director of Huami Technology. In his contribution, he states that it will be about professional sports smart watch. He also revealed that this model will be equipped with a 1,34-inch reflective display. The Huami reflective display was used by the aforementioned Amazfit Stratos.
This time, however, it will not be an ordinary reflective display. Director Huami claims that it is very difficult to find a quality reflective display on the market. For that in collaboration with JDI, they have spent millions of dollars to develop their own reflective display. It promises much higher quality and color.
