Fans of the popular smart fitness bracelet Mi Band have finally arrived. This week we learned the official date of the performance of the fourth generation of the world's best-selling piece of wearable electronics.
Xiaomi Mi Band 4 will see the light of day in 2 days, that is 11.6.2019. The show will take place first in the Chinese market, starting at 8:00 in the morning of our time.
The fourth generation with a significant novelty
The Xiaomi Mi Band smart fitness bracelet has undergone extraordinary evolution since its inception. For example, the first generation did not have a display at all and only had white LEDs that indicated the battery status. The second generation already brought an OLED display, which, however, displayed time, number of steps and heart rate.
In the third generation, the functions of the OLED display went even further and we saw the display of weather or notifications from a smartphone. Mi Band 4 will be the culmination of the evolution of this bracelet. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun himself has released a new official banner for the Mi Band 4 performance.
The banner contains photographs of various color designs of the bracelet, but the most distinctive element is the color display. The banner itself talks about "Large color display". Lei Jun also added in his post that the screen will be up by 39,9% larger as in the case of the predecessor and offers up to 16 million colors.
In the photo we can notice a large number of different styles of dials - in Mi Band 4 the user will be able to create your own dial design. This tweak was also confirmed by Lei Jun.
From the previous article we also know that an NFC version will also be available, as well as a version with XiaoAI voice assistant. He hasn't revealed more information yet, but since the official conference is really around the corner, it's not even necessary. At least we'll stay in anticipation of what the next Mi Band 4 will bring.
