The 2019 version received a newer processor, while maintaining a very thin and light construction. The price has not changed either.

The new generation of Intel processors
The only improvement that Mi Notebook Air 12.5 2019 brings is a newer processor. Xiaomi has upgraded its lightest notebook with 8th generation Intel Core m3 / i5 processors. Two versions will be available - one with Intel Core m3-8100Y with a maximum clock speed of 3,4 GHz, the second s Intel Core i5-8200Y with a maximum clock speed of 3,9 GHz.
In both cases, an integrated graphics chip is present Intel UHD Graphics 615, only 4GB LPDDR3 RAM with a frequency of 1866 MHz and there will be memory versions with 128 GB and 256 GB SSD.
The core m3 version with 128 GB SSD in China's home is based on 3599 yuan, which is in conversion 475 € / 12 205 CZK. The model with the same processor and 256 GB SSD is priced at 3999 yuan, ie 530 € / 13 600 CZK. The price of the Core i5 model with 256 GB SSD is not known yet, it will be launched later.
12,9 mm and 1,07 kg
In other respects, the laptop has not changed in any way. It is a very compact 12,5 ″ notebook with a thickness of only 12,9 mm and weight 1,07 kg. IPS display it still has a classic FullHD resolution, its advantage is also very thin side frames with a width of only 5,71 mm.
