Along with the new premium smartphones, Xiaomi also introduced a new high-performance AIoT Router AX3600. It has support for 6 WiFi and with six amplifiers and seven antennas it achieves incredible coverage.
It can cover up to two football fields
The advanced router AX3600 is able to achieve transfer rates up to 2 Mbps.
It is equipped up to seven antennas and has integrated up to 6 amplifierswith which it is able to cover WiFi network area of an area of two football fields.
This was explained by Liu Xinyu, general manager of Xiaomi's hardware department. On the social network, Weibo briefly described the operation of the six signal amplifiers available in the new Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600.
As shown in the figure below, the components are highlighted in green. These are 6 high power signal amplifiers.
Four of them located in the right part amplify the signal in the 5 GHz band, while the other two take care of the signal at the frequency of 2,4 GHz.
The dark blue color is enhanced by the dual-band AIoT WiFi chip and the light blue is the powerful 6-core Qualcomm IPQ8071A processor. Pink in turn shows the location of 512 MB of RAM and the purple independent AIoT antenna.
Each amplifier includes a PA power amplifier and a low noise LNA amplifier. Thanks to them, it is possible not only to amplify the signal, but also to reduce its distortion.
These modules amplify not only the transmitted signal but also the received signal, thus achieving a constant data flow at a high transmission rate.
As Liu Xinyu himself explains, this makes the Xiaomi AIoT Router AX3600 able to cover a large area at the level of two football fields.
In addition, the device has excellent transmission properties even in enclosed spaces. It can easily overcome rough walls.
