Xiaomi started their conference today by introducing a new version of their own system HyperOS 2.0, which is a replacement for the MIUI superstructure in Xiaomi devices.
This time it's the second generation, which builds on the foundations of its predecessor, but brings massive improvements in performance, storage management and energy efficiency. The new generation of the HyperOS 2.0 system will be available for smartphones, tablets, televisions and other devices of this manufacturer.

Custom HyperCore kernel
Among the revolutionary and biggest elements of the new generation of the HyperOS 2.0 system is the use of a custom kernel with a label HyperCore, which it can handle automatically optimize performance individual devices and effectively regulate their energy consumption. The integration of this core results in a smoother device experience and better battery life.
This time, the system will use specially designed computing technology to ensure that one task can be shared simultaneously with more than one source for calculation, namely with CPU, GPU or NPU. This will ensure the achievement of maximum efficiency and performance optimization devices.
The rendering of the natural gradient blur has also been improved, namely up to 12 times, making system animations and transitions smoother than ever. This promises faster image processing for a more engaging visual experience.
Efficient storage management
Another key feature of the new HyperOS 2.0 system is a new way storage management, which provides smarter and more efficient solutions for working with data. This feature improves the memory management capabilities of the operating system, especially in cases of constant application launch and multitasking.
Such elaborate storage management takes care of better memory optimization across all HyperOS 2.0 devices in the Xiaomi product ecosystem.
Improved connectivity
Among the revolutionary improvements of this system is the technology under the label "Cascade Bandwidth Technology". This technology dynamically manages all network resources, while automatically redistributing bandwidth according to the requirements of individual applications or the system.
This makes it possible faster data transfer, low connection latency and higher efficiency for more demanding activities, such as playing online games or streaming content from online platforms.
Integration of artificial intelligence
The trend today is artificial intelligence (AI), which is the main driver of devices of various brands. Xiaomi decided to integrate its own artificial intelligence into the new HyperOS 2.0 system, which brings a wide range of functions and improves the user experience.
The most interesting functions include, for example moving background with an engaging 3D effect, automatic translation of videos, an assistant when writing texts or recording voice notes for personal and professional use.
He was also mentioned “Super Xiao AI” voice assistant, which brings complete integration with the system, increases productivity, enables control of the smart home and brings customized interactions. The official release is expected in December, but as usual, the global versions of the devices will likely be deprived of this feature.
Cooperation with Apple devices
The interesting thing about the new HyperOS 2.0 system is that it is narrower cooperation with Apple devices where users can interact directly with the Xiaomi ecosystem. You can do it with one click send and receive files within these two ecosystems.
Mac computers are able to display and control your Xiaomi smartphone directly on the device's desktop. There is also support for displaying documents from Apple applications iWork, which is similar to the Office package.
Better performance across the ecosystem
HyperOS 2.0 isn't just about smartphones, it's about a lot other devices from Xiaomi, such as televisions, tablets or smart watches. The goal of integrating this system into all Xiaomi devices is security uniform user experience across the entire ecosystem.
It will be secured with HyperOS 2.0 consistency and the assurance that every device will offer seamless performance and connectivity.
