While Xiaomi smartphones are constantly coming out, with laptops, the manufacturer doesn't overdo it. And it's good too. On the one hand, their current laptops are still great, and on the other hand, more time is needed to develop a quality laptop.
New laptop after a long time
It looks like the development of the new Xiaomi laptop was successful. The company announced on its official Weibo profile that in 3 days, specifically on March 26.3.2019, XNUMX, it will introduce a new laptop. It will be the thinnest and at the same time the lightest laptop of the company.
The only thing we know about the laptop so far is that it will weigh only 1,07 kg. This already suggests that the Chinese Xiaomi wants again attack Apple products, specifically on the Macbook Air. The new laptop from Xiaomi will be even lighter than the mentioned American competitor. The Apple MacBook Air weighs 1,25 kg and, for example, the Huawei MateBook 12 weighs 1,3 kg.
Obviously, the new slim Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air comes with a 12 ″ screen. We do not assume that the manufacturer would be able to develop a laptop with a 13,3-inch display in this weight. Not because we don't believe Xiaomi, but because it's very unlikely in terms of physical laws.
Apart from the date of the show and the weight of the new Xiaomi laptop, we don't know anything else about it yet. So all we have to do is wait for the official performance.
