POCO officially presents the X5 series for 2023. It currently consists of two smartphones, the POCO X5 5G and a model with the addition of Pro. In this article, we will "take a close look" at the more equipped POCO X5 Pro 5G model.

As we know, this is not a completely new model, but a rebranded smartphone Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, which was previously introduced for the Chinese market. For the global one, it comes with a fine adjustment from POCO.
The dimensions of the smartphone are 162,91 x 76,03 x 7,9 mm with weight 181 grams. The sharply cut edges are sure to impress, thanks to which it looks a little more elegant and you also have a more secure grip.
The fingerprint reader is hidden in the power button. The manufacturer will offer it in black, blue and, typical for POCO, yellow.
Great AMOLED display and high performance
The front dominates 6,67-inch AMOLED display with resolution 2 x 400 pixels and a 120-hertz refresh rate. The scanning frequency is at the level of 240 Hz. The selfie camera has 16 MPx.
The maximum brightness in the peak can reach up to 900 rivets, there is also the presence of 10-bit colors and 100 percent DCI-P3 coverage. The display is protected by durable glass Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
POCO put a relatively powerful processor in the smartphone Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. It is an 8-core processor made with 6-nanometer production technology. The chipset will be supported by 6 to 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128, respectively 256-gigabyte UFS 2.2 storage with memory card support.
The good news is Android 13 together with the latest superstructure MIUI 14, with which Xiaomi equips a large number of older models as well.
The cameras will also impress
The rear module is adapted precisely according to the company POCO and contains three sensors. The main one has a resolution of up to 108 MPx and aperture f / 1.9, it is followed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with a 120-degree angle of view and a 2-megapixel macro.
There are high-quality stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G, NFC, audio jack and dual SIM support. The battery has a decent capacity 5 mAh. You can comfortably charge it with speed 67 W and such an adapter is directly in the package.

POCO X5 Pro 5G will come in three colors: Black, Blue and Yellow. The recommended retail price for the version with 8 GB + 256 GB memory is 379 EUR through official sales channels.

Unfortunately, yes, it can't, we found out right after the sale started. When the article was published, it was not yet possible to order. You will have to wait for other sellers, it will definitely be available elsewhere.
It is incomprehensible to me, because the Poco X5 can be bought with delivery to Slovakia, but the Poco X5 PRO cannot be sent to Slovakia or the Czech Republic. But the PRO version can be ordered in Poland. The main thing is that they show introductory prices everywhere and cannot be used.
The X5 Pro can be ordered from Hekka without any problems. Aliexpress has worse conditions anyway, even if it could be ordered, you will have to pay VAT and customs duty for the package in Slovakia. Hekka has everything included in the price and delivery within approx. 15 days.
I don't know how in SK but in CZ shops it is sold for the same price. 8500 czk = 355 euros
Now Alza has it, for example, for €378. It is not a problem to find it even for €350
