It looks like POCO is looking to launch two new smartphones in the Indian market by the end of this month, namely POCO X5 and X5 Pro. This is also indicated by the new TDRA certification.
So both smartphones passed TDRA certification, which does not reveal any of their parameters. However, it gives us confidence that the smartphones will indeed be introduced soon.
Again rebranded models
Other reports claim that the POCO X5 smartphone will be a rebranded model Redmi Note 12 5G. Introduced in the Chinese market, this smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor.
The information says that this weaker chipset will replace POCO with something more powerful, so it should be about Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 with support 5G.
The situation will be similar with the upcoming smartphone POCO X5 Pro. There, POCO will only use the recently introduced Chinese model Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition.
The entire Redmi Note 12 series
So, the launch in the Indian market is imminent, while it is assumed that the same smartphones will arrive later in the global market as well. We'll see if POCO or the global versions of the Redmi Note 12 series come first.

By combining POCO and Redmi, we would see an almost complete Chinese Redmi Note 12 series. The basic Redmi Note 12 5G as POCO X5, Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition as POCO X5 Pro and two models from the Redmi Note 12 series, namely Pro and Pro+.
We expect such parameters
With the POCO X5, we expect 6,7-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD resolution and 120-hertz refresh rate. The main 48-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
So he would take care of the performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G along with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The battery should have 5 mAh along with 33-watt charging.

The Pro model will probably come with 6,7-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD resolution and 120-hertz refresh rate. It will have a main camera 108 Mpx and a 16 Mpx front camera.
The chip will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, the battery will have 5 mAh along with maximum charging power 67 W. In both cases it will be pre-installed Android 13 together with the superstructure MIUI 13.
