Budget smartphones are not dead yet. They are mainly kept alive by the company Xiaomi, which represents a novelty Redmi Go. It is a very basic smartphone for undemanding users. It is based on the Android Go platform, which combines just affordable pieces.

A new one is coming in today Redmi Go officially on the market. It was introduced in the Philippines with a price of 3990 Philippine pesos. In conversion, it is 66 € / CZK 1715. A smartphone will be available in two versions - 1 GB RAM + 8 GB storage and 1 GB RAM + 16 GB storage.

Redmi Go is one of the manufacturer's cheapest smartphones. Although its price has not yet been announced, the hardware equipment fully indicates it. The construction made of plastic will be available in two colors - black and blue. The front side is occupied by a very compact for today's time 5 ″ IPS display with classic HD resolution and a 16: 9 aspect ratio.
"Under the hood" we find a low-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. It is a quad-core chipset with a maximum clock speed of 1,4 GHz. It comes with the processor 1 GB RAM memory and 8 GB internal storage. It will take care of the power supply 3000 mAh battery with standard 5V / 1A charging via microUSB connector.
After the photo page is available 8 MPx rear camera with LED flash and front 5 MPx camera. Redmi Go also has DualSIM functionality with 4G support. The operating system is a clean version of Android 8.1 Oreo in the Go edition.
