The new versions of the Mi 8 Pro (Fingerprint Screen Edition) are the first smartphones to feature a fingerprint sensor in the display that is also sensitive to pressure. Xiaomi has also added a pressure sensor to the display, delivering up to 29% improvement in speed and 8,8% improvement in scanning accuracy.
New color, new technology
In addition to the fingerprint sensor on the display, the smartphone also received a new gradient color, which the manufacturer called Twilight Gold, as part of the "update". In addition to this color, the smartphone will also be available in a pure black version and a unique transparent design with a view to the components (yes, it is a "sticker").
The price on the domestic, Chinese market was set at € 400 / CZK 10 for 350 GB + 6 GB, while for a model with 128 GB of RAM and the same storage, Xiaomi asks for € 8 / CZK 450.

Xiaomi's Global Market Representative, Donovan Sung, has officially confirmed that the Mi 8 Pro (Fingerprint Screen Edition) will be entering the global market soon! It will be sold in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Prices are still unknown, but we must prepare for much higher prices. The official price of the classic version of the Mi 8 in Slovakia is € 539, in the Czech Republic CZK 13.
