The Chinese brand Xiaomi presented its new superstructure MIUI 14 and we already know the list of smartphones that unfortunately will not receive this update. Is your device among them?
These smartphones will no longer receive MIUI 14
As many of you already know, MIUI 14 was officially introduced in its Chinese version at the last press conference, on December 11, 2022. The new version is characterized by much better optimization compared to its predecessor. The result is up to 60% better performance and up to 22% higher efficiency at work.
Of course, as is the case with major software updates, not all devices will receive them. A number of older smartphones will disappear from the support list, and today we will imagine which models will be in the case of the fourteenth generation.
We must also point out that the manufacturer himself has evaluated that the devices that will not receive the update will not be selected based on the minimum hardware requirements, but rather based on the age of the series or model itself.
The version of the operating system can also help. MIUI 14 is software that can be installed based on Android 12 or Android 13. If you have an older operating system, you probably won't get this update.
