Specifically, we are talking about improvements in the area artificial intelligence a HDR. Both of these innovations will have the task of better analyzing the scene and then bringing more beautiful and vivid colors along with a more accurate white balance.
Improvements are already being tested
All of this information, including illustrations, is thanks to users of the Chinese beta version of MIUI 12, labeled 20.11.17. In the pictures below you can see the menu of the two functions mentioned today.
These enhancements obviously involve enhancing photos with more accurate AI. As a result, we get images richer in detail along with more beautiful, eye-pleasing colors. But the news does not end here.
The video also comes in handy
Improved artificial intelligence will also be used to achieve better video results. As you can see in the example below, this feature gives you a much nicer video with more vivid and contrasting colors.
All the improvements that will come to the global version of the superstructure over time look really great. In terms of hardware needs, the features have been tested on the Xiaomi Mi 9T smartphone, which is powered by a high-end Snapdragon 730 processor.
