Chinese company Xiaomi launched its series of devices Xiaomi 13 on the Chinese market just a few weeks ago. Now we know the European prices of these devices, but they won't please you too much. We pay a lot more for global versions in local markets.
These are the European retail prices of Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro
The press conference of the Chinese manufacturer intended for Europe should take place in the next few weeks. From available information leaks on the social network Twitter, we know that pre-orders should start in the period before March 7, 2023. The official start of sales should then be scheduled from March 8, 2023.

🔹Xiaomi 13 Pro 256GB Black/White: €1299⌛️Available from March 8th, 2023
Preorder period: TBD – March 7th, 2023 pic.twitter.com/fcNcqYYs3r— billbil-kun (@billbil_kun) -
The information comes from a source with the nickname Billbil-kun and concerns the French sales market. However, similar information should also apply to other sales markets in Europe. But let's move on to the sale prices, which are definitely not flattering:
- Xiaomi 13 in 256 GB version (global version) for €999
- Xiaomi 13 Pro in the 256 GB version (global version) for €1299
A price increase of several hundred euros
If we compare it with Chinese selling prices, the entry-level model 13 announced at a press conference in December 2022 launched for an amount of from € 545 and the equivalent 256 GB model subsequently from € 586. Xiaomi 13 Pro in China it started on value €681 and the equivalent with 256 GB memory subsequently from € 735. The surcharge therefore ranges at the level of several hundred euros.
The leak further talks about the availability of color versions. The global version should include the white, black and green color combination of the base model Xiaomi 13. The Xiaomi 13 Pro will then only have a white and black color combination.
The source does not mention any changes in the technical specifications. So we could also look forward to continued cooperation with the German brand Leica, as well as the E6 AMOLED panel from Samsung or the flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2. However, we will have to wait a few more days to see if this information is confirmed.

The reason for the price increase is probably unknown, but I will probably stick with the 12T Pro and wait until this price frenzy subsides.
But xiaomiplanet will find a reseller for a better price 😉
I also have a 12T Pro and it's enough. It's just a shame that the cameras are so cold. 2 are practically unusable. Macro 2MP? It's like in the days of Nokia 😀
