Cooperation Xiaomi and Discovery? For many of us, this is a big surprise or at least the least expected news, but the Chinese giant has agreed on a great advertising campaign.

Road from Yunnan to Tibet
Together with the Chinese giant, they created a travel series from a Chinese province Yunnan to Tibet. The journey took 10 days and together the authors overcame the unbelievable 1930 kilometers. With an average altitude 4000m it was definitely no fun.

The main point of this cooperation, however, was the filming of the trip with the latest flagship Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. The manufacturer therefore wants to point out the quality of their camera and main 108 MPx Samsung Bright sensor S5KHMX.
It also includes an additional 8 MPx telephoto sensor, 12 MPx portrait and 20 MPx ultra wide. It is not for nothing that he won the first (already divided place with Oppo Find X2) with a score 124 points in the DxOMark test.
The development of smartphones has moved to an almost professional level. Mi 10 Pro can create video in incredible 8K resolution, has a 5x optical zoom and all the prerequisites to handle such a task.
Is the quality of smartphones enough?
But will the quality of materials only from a smartphone be enough to create a quality documentary? We will see this after the release of the news on the Discovery Channel. For now, the documentary will be available in China, as it is shot in Chinese.
We have no more information about the world premiere or broadcast in Europe, so we will wait to see if the TV channel starts. As this is mainly an advertising activity, it is possible that the film will remain only in domestic China.
