Spoločnosť Xiaomi in cooperation with a partner brand Viomi launches new smart washing machine. It has a color display for controlling functions and communicates with a well-known mobile application Mi Home. The mobile application itself is available for both Android and iOS.
Xiaomi and Viomi: New smart washing machine with dryer and color display
Through its crowdfunding platform, the Chinese manufacturer offers a new washing machine with an integrated dryer, which is also compatible with the application We Home and thus offers intelligent functions.
The new model of smart washing machine is coming to the YouPin platform as part of the brand's cooperation Xiaomi with a partner brand Viomi. The size of this washing machine is 595 x 660 x 850 millimeters. Its weight is 73 kilograms and its capacity is 10 kilograms resp. 68 liters.
The characteristic features of this model include a total of up to 12 washing modes, a spin speed of 4600 rpm and also a system for eliminating germs by drying the laundry with hot air.
The washing machine has an integrated processor that offers intelligent control of detergent dosage and fabric softener, and also adapts the appropriate washing mode to maintain the softness of your clothes.
All this is complemented by Wi-Fi connection and a color touch screen. It is located on the front of the washing machine. There is also a connection to the mobile application We Home (Chinese version = Chinese application server), thanks to which you can manage and automate processes directly via your smartphone.
Price and product availability
New from the brand workshop Xiaomi a Viomi, a smart washing machine, goes on sale in China at an official retail price of 3699 Chinese yuan. This amounts to approximately 476 in the current conversion € / USD 580. The washing machine will go on sale through Xiaomi's crowdfunding platform on June 21, 2021.
Due to the dimensions of this product, we do not expect official availability in the global version in Europe. However, it is possible that in the coming weeks, the new product will be offered by an international online marketplace, such as Aliexpress.com.
