These are stylish true-wireless headphones with support for Bluetooth 5.3 technology or increased resistance to water and dust.

New accessories come to the market with a label Xiaomi Buds 4 and significantly exceeds its predecessor. They impress at first sight with their glossy design of the charging box and matte design of the structure itself. In addition, it is partially resistant to water and dust thanks to IP54 certification.

There are several improvements, including in the field of suppressing ambient noise. This function can reduce ambient noise by up to 40 dB and also has a dual pass mode thanks to dual microphones, as needed in your surroundings. The earphones have compact dimensions and low weight (only 5 grams / one earphone). The entire assembly with the charging box will subsequently offer a weight of 39,5 grams.
A revolution in ambient noise suppression
Integrated 11 mm nine-element drivers and Bluetooth 5.3 technology for a smooth and stable wireless connection take care of the performance. There is support for Hi-Res Wireless technology, as well as a low level of latency with support for the LHDC-V 5.0 Bluetooth codec.
The design includes touch controls on the sides of the headphones themselves, as well as 360° dynamic surround sound. The connection speed has also improved compared to the previous generation, up to 74%.
The integrated battery in the headphones itself has a capacity of 53 mAh. The charging case subsequently offers 565 mAh, a USB-C connector and support for wireless charging via the Qi standard. Durability is at the level of 6 hours (the headphones themselves) or 30 hours (combined use with charging case).
Price and availability of new headphones
Xiaomi Buds 4 are starting to be sold on the Chinese market, in white, black and green. The official selling price is 699 Chinese Yuan, thus, in terms of approximately 95 €. However, there will also be an advantageous package that will offer the Xiaomi 13, an original protective case, a Xiaomi Watch S2 smart watch and Buds 4 headphones for the resulting amount 7999 Chinese Yuan (€1091). Global availability is not yet known.
