Xiaomi along with the brand Fengmi Technology has launched the ForMovie 4K Cinema laser projector, which has been on sale since last year.
It is a product from a crowdfunding campaign on the well-known e-commerce platform YouPin.

Xiaomi Fengmi 4K Cinema Laser Projector
Above-average parameters guarantee a great experience
The interesting thing is that the company Fengmi Technology manufactures laser projectors for Xiaomi, which they sell under their own brand Mijia. It is also behind the WeMax laser projector. Now they present their own model.
The device offers an image with a diagonal of up to 150 inches, in a resolution of 4K. The ForMovie 4K Cinema projector uses digital light processing technology from Texas Instruments.
Thanks to this, the projected image is clearer with a realistic depiction of details over its entire surface. The projector projects the image in native 4K Ultra HD resolution, i.e. 3840 x 2160 pixels. It can also project movies in 3D, using Dlp-link 3D glasses.
The light source has a brightness of up to 5000 lumens, which allows you to project the image in brightness 1700/2000 ANSI lumens. With technology HDR10 details are clearly visible even in dark images. Thanks to the native contrast ratio of 3000: 1, it achieves a top realistic display with more faithful colors.
The light source has service life of more than 25 hours. Produces a so-called diffuse image with lower intensity of blue lightwhich is gentle on the human eye.
It is built into the projector infrared sensorwhich monitors the surroundings in front of the device. If it detects a person's approach, it immediately reduces the brightness of the image, preventing glare or possible eye damage.
The projector includes new laser imaging technology ALPD 3.0which provides more natural color reproduction.
MIUI TV environment and 64 GB memory
The ForMovie 4K Cinema projector is equipped MIUI TV system, as well as other Xiaomi laser projectors. Internal memory has capacity 64 GB, which is also sufficient for a large number of applications and games.
The projector is also equipped 2 GB DDR3 RAM memorywhich handles running multiple applications at once. We will find in the equipment further a pair of stereo speakers with total power 30 W. For a better experience, the projector was equipped with technology DTS-HDwhich enhances the sound.
In terms of connectivity, there is no lack of dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3 x HDMI 2.0b, USB 3.0 and 2.0, SPDIF connector, Ethernet (RJ45) or Audio output and input. It is supplied with the projector voice control.
