Xiaomi Gramophone Printer, as the literal name of the device sounds, has nothing to do with turntable technology, but you can still play the resulting product as a turntable.

How does it work? The Xiaomi turntable printer allows you to print photos while integrating audio or video messages into the photo content. You can do everything with your smartphone with the appropriate application.

The process of operation is relatively simple. through WiFi The network will send the created photo for printing and attach an audio file from 3 to 60 seconds. The audio is then loaded into the associated cloud service.

The next time you scan a printed photo using an application on your smartphone, the sound will play automatically. It is also possible to integrate video with a maximum duration of 15 seconds. When the photo is subsequently scanned, the video is displayed on the smartphone.

Xiaomi Gramophone Printer can print photos on photo paper with diagonal 6 incheswhich is 100 × 148 mm. Once that happens, these photos will be able to literally "talk" and "move" thanks to the use of AR (Augmented Reality). Photo resolution is 300 300 dpi x.

The manufacturer claims that in the future, the effect of augmented reality may be more realistic with the use of video, which would appear to come directly from the photograph due to viewing the images.

Printing technology allows you to generate more than 16 million colors

The advantage of sublimation printing is also the protective film, which is added at the end of the process. This makes the photo waterproof, non-oxidizing and does not capture fingerprints, so it will last much longer.

Thanks to the application, it is also possible to print multiple photos from one shot, for example for use on documents and the like. As already mentioned, this printer is equipped with a wireless Wifi network, so you can send files for printing from any device that has this technology.
