Surely you remember the legendary communist moped Babetta, which came in 1970. Gasoline machine with a maximum of 50 km / h and starting via pedals. The Himo brand, which is funded by Xiaomi, is a new electric scooter / moped that also includes pedals, but got an electric one instead of a petrol engine.
Xiaomi Himo T1 electric scooter can be considered a kind of 2019 edition of the legendary Babeta. The basis of the news is 350 W enginewhich reaches the maximum speed 25 km / h. The scooter is powered by a Lithium-ion battery with capacity 14 Ah a drive 60 km.
A model with twice the size is to be available later 28 Ah battery and range up to 120 km per charge. If the battery is discharged, it is still possible to use human pedal drive.

The scooter is available in three colors - white, black and red. The manufacturer has its first deliveries scheduled for June / June. It is very likely that we will not see this great electric vehicle in Europe. If so, it is necessary to count on at least double the price.
