At the end of June this year, Xiaomi revived the middle class model Redmi Note 8, which got another processor, but everything else remained virtually unchanged. It is rumored that such a resurrection should be experienced by the flagship a few years ago, namely the Xiaomi Mi 6 model from 2017.
The flagship of mid-2017
We are talking about the flagship Xiaomi Mi 6. The design of the back, where the ceramics were located, was especially interesting at that time, and to this day this smartphone is considered one of the most beautiful models of the brand.
Specifically, the Xiaomi Mi 6 2021 model should be one of the thirteen models that Xiaomi is still preparing for this year. XIAOMIUI said this on Twitter.
Xiaomi May Be Making The 2021 Version Of The Mi 6!
Some things are compatible with each other like puzzle pieces. That's why we think it's going to happen.

The design should remain unchanged, so we can expect a beautiful ceramic surface on the back wall, a pair of quality main sensors and a 5,2-inch Full HD display. We'll see if Xiaomi provides at least a 90-hertz refresh rate or stays at today's 60 Hz.
Already at that time, the smartphone had support for fast charging, support for dual SIM and up to 6 GB of RAM available. It was then the flagship of a Chinese manufacturer, which was a great success with it and several users still use it today.
The original version then had one of the best processors from Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon 835. The new version designed for 2021 could get the latest Snapdragon 888 with support for 5G networks.
In our opinion, it is not the last
So far, however, these are only guesses and we will see if there will really be a reincarnation of a 4-year-old model. If so, Xiaomi will expect his extraordinary success.
It is interesting to see that Xiaomi goes back to its successful models and presents their variants for the year 2021. We will see if we will see more such revived models in the near future.
