On September 10, Xiaomi announced the arrival of a new smartphone to the Mi XNUMX family. About the models Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro we have already written on our website, but the manufacturer stated in the article that the smartphone will have a price of up to € 300.
As time has shown, this is a device Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite. It is a lightweight model of the new Mi 10T series, which, according to currently available information, will have relatively decent hardware equipment.
Global version confirmed
The expected mid-range new Mi 10T Lite has recently been registered with the FCC. Most likely, this is a global version with a serial number M2007J17G, where the Chinese designation is M2007J17C.

The 10T Lite smartphone seems to have a work name Xiaomi Gaugin, but some reports also speak of existence Xiaomi Gauguinpro, about which we do not have more detailed information yet.
The XDA-developers portal has revealed 12 lines of code in the robust Android MIUI extension, which refer to the above-mentioned job names. Thanks to them, we know that the Chinese version will be different from the global version.
As you can see in the image above, the lines labeled gauguin global and gauguin india will offer instead 108 MPx camera lens with resolution "only" 64 MPx. This also applies to the pro models, so we assume that the main sensor will be the same.

Additional equipment will be equipped with Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 64 / 128 GB internal storage, expandable with an SD card, together with 6 GB RAM. Xiaomi also attracts us to support 5G networks and since it is an upper middle class, there is a good chance that the processor will be just Snapdragon 765G.
So far, that's all of the available parameters. As we said at the beginning, the smartphone comes with a price tag less than € 300which is a really great price. We will learn more details during September, when the device should be officially introduced.
