Third time well. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is the third and last smartphone introduced by the Chinese giant today. And it's no less interesting than My 9 a Mi 9 Explorer Edition. It comes with compact dimensions and equipment, thanks to which it can reign with a smartphone up to 300 €.

"Compact" 5,97 ″ display
Xiaomi introduced its first SE model last year. The mission of this smartphone line is to provide great performance, compact size and affordable price. All this is fulfilled by the new Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. Despite the big 5,97 ″ display retains very acceptable dimensions. It is only a few millimeters higher than the legendary Mi 6-tka with a 5,15 ″ display and iPhone XS with a 5,8 ″ display.
The thickness of the construction is only 7,45 mm, width 70,5 mm and height 147,5 mm at weighing 155 grams. Here, too, on the back, Xiaomi chose glass with a very similar rainbow effect. As for the display specifications, it comes with Super AMOLED panelwhich covers up to 90,4% of the front. Content is displayed in FullHD + resolution.
It has a similar cutout as the classic Mi 9 and its maximum brightness is 600 rivets. missing 5th generation fingerprint sensor built into the display. It protects him from scratches Gorilla Glass 5.
New Snapdragon 712
Direct cooperation between Xiaomi and Qualcomm is bearing fruit. Xiaomi was the first to use only the recently introduced chipset Snapdragon 712, which brings a 10% increase in performance compared to its predecessor. It is made 10nm manufacturing process, populated is the same Cryo cores of the 3rd generationlike last year 's Snapdragon 845.
Thanks to that, it brings performance of flagships also up to class 300 € smartphones. The processor is clocked at 2,3 GHz and comes with a more powerful Adreno 616 graphics accelerator. Xiaomi immediately boasted the result from the AnTuTu Benchmark, where the smartphone reached 187 626 points. The mode is also present GAME TURBO to improve the gaming experience.
I got 9 SE 6 GB RAM LPDDR4x memory and memory versions with 64 GB and 128 GB UFS 2.1 storage. All hardware is powered on 3070 mAh battery with support for fast 18 W charging. Wireless charging is missing in this case.

Unfortunately, the Chinese version of Mi 9 SE does not support Slovak and Czech LTE, as the B20 band is missing. It is not yet known whether Xiaomi will release a global version. This did not happen last year.
Price under 300 €
Xiaomi has given its fans a commitment to keep prices low and not set a margin of more than 5%. And he really adheres to it. Despite new technologies, better cameras and higher performance, innovations are still very affordable.
The price of the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE starts at 1999 yuan, which is calculated 265 € / CZK 6750. This applies to the model with 64 GB of storage. The higher 128 GB version will be sold in China for 2299 yuan, ie 300 € / CZK 7750.
