Mi Band 4 this year
While we waited for Mi Band 3 for almost two years, Mi Band 4 we won't wait that long. The financial director of Huami (which is behind the production of Mi Bands), David Cui, was asked whether the release of Mi Band 4 is scheduled for March / March or April / April 2019. Although the answer to this particular question is in the negative, Cui confirms that the successor to Mi Band 3 will come this year.
"We will present Band 4 this year. It will be in 2019. But I am not sure if it will be in March or April. But it will be this year.", said David Cui.
Although we didn't even know the approximate timeline of the show, David Cui confirmed that each generation of this popular fitness bracelet has brought something new. And it will be the same with Mi Band 4. Xiaomi talks about advances in hardware, so we expect to see something interesting.
Xiaomi and its subsidiary Amazfit are currently breaking the market for wearable electronics. Their sales in 2018 increased by up to 78%. The devices in particular signed this issue Amazfit BIP, Amazfit Stratos, but also the mentioned Mi Band 3.
