Xiaomi laptops are a surreal waste. We have more than 15 of them in the company (7th and 8th gen. CPU) and each one has all the screws inside loose after a few months. The screws on the hinges, motherboard, and batteries often fall out spontaneously when opened when cleaning the notebook. And the heat-conducting paste looks like someone's barking at those chips. Speaking of cooling, I can't help but remember the unintentional heat dissipation - when the display is tilted, the hot air has practically nowhere to blow. Xiaomi somehow forgot about the gap between the hinge and the frame of the laptop. Well, just a sloppy piece of HW, which I wouldn't buy for half.
An interesting experience. We passed 10 Xiaomi laptops with our hands, we actively use three models from different categories and we have no problems with cooling even when playing games. We have the Mi Notebook Pro for the third year and it works great, we didn't notice any loose screws and we have already disassembled it several times.
