A new connector and fast charging have been added
In terms of design, the Mi Power Bank 3 has not changed from its predecessor. It is still a perfectly crafted aluminum external charger, which has been given new colors - light gray and matte black.
Another connector has been added to the front panel - USB Type-C. In total, the novelty offers three connectors, the mentioned Type-C complements the classic USB-A and microUSB connector. USB Type-C can be used as an output as well as an input connector - through this the charging of the power bank itself takes place.
Not only the "C" connector, but also the other two come with support fast 18 W charge. This performance meets the Quick Charge 3.0 standard. You can charge your smartphone or tablet as fast as you can via the mains.
With a capacity of 10 mAh, you can charge the Xiaomi Mi MIX 000S 2 times, and the iPhone XS almost 1,7 times. The Mi Power Bank 2 closes intelligent power management system with 9-layer protection against short circuit, overvoltage, overcharge and other undesirable electrical phenomena.
