After the last one introduced red version of Mi Power Bank 2 with a capacity of 10 mAh, the king of powerbanks brings us a new piece. Welcome to the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 Pro with a capacity of 20 mAh.
20 mAh and fast 000W charging
The Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 Pro comes right away with several high-end features. To be precise, it is full of functions. Contains up to three connectors - 2 x classic USB-A connector a one USB Type-Cthrough which the power bank is charged. However, it is also used for output and USB Type-C connector has a maximum output (also input) power up to 45 W (15V / 3A).
The remaining two USB connectors have only an output function and are suitable for charging smartphones or smartphones. The devices charge at 5V / 2.4A, 9V / 2A, 12V / 1.5A. When using both USB connectors, the output power is a maximum of 15W for each connector.
It also charges laptops
USB Type-C connector is also used to charge the powerbank itself, which will take full power of 45W only 4,5 hours. With a capacity of 20 mAh, this is a very decent time. For fast charging, however, an appropriate 000W adapter is also required.
In case of charging with a classic 10W adapter charging takes 11 hours. Simultaneous charging is also a great advantage, which means that it can charge external devices even while the power bank itself is charging.
With such a performance, it is already possible also charge laptops, while Mi Power Bank 3 Pro supports several brands and models. These include MacBooks, all Mi Notebook Pro and Air models, Huawei notebooks, Google Pixelbook, Dell XPS 13 and many more. In principle, all notebooks that are primarily charged via the USB Type-C connector can be charged.
Thanks to the large-capacity cells that they make up together 20 000 mAh, you charge, for example Mi MIX 2S up to 4,3 times. iPhone 8 can charge 7,3 times. The dimensions of the product are 153,5 x 73,5 x 27,5 mm. Of course, there are four LEDs that indicate the state of charge. There is a button on the side that can be used to wake up the power bank.
To reduce the weight, the manufacturer wrapped the cells in a black plastic construction. However, the surface is specially treated to resembling pottery. Powerbank controls a sophisticated circuit chip with up to 9-layer protection against short circuit, overvoltage, overheating and other undesirable factors.
Minimum price
Despite its high-end features, the new Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 3 Pro retains a very friendly price tag. It will be available in its home China from January 11 for the official price of 199 yuan, which is approximately 25 € / CZK 650. We have no doubt that the news will be available to us as well.
