November 5 / November 2019 will be registered as a very important day for Xiaomi. Several important innovations were presented at a press conference directly at the company's new headquarters in Beijing.
The first in line was a new series of premium smart TVs Xiaomi Mi TV 5 Prowhich will be available in three sizes - 55, 65 and 75 ″. A cheaper Xiaomi Mi TV 5 model in the same sizes will also be available.
Amazing design, Quantum Dot display
The introduction of the latest Xiaomi Mi TV 5 Pro series began with the unveiling of the design. The TV has a construction made of premium metal, while its thickness is incredible 5,9 mm. The frame itself around the display has width only 1,8 mmwhich is up to 47% thinner as in the previous generation of smart TV.
The back is completely metal and does not even contain any screws. It is a very clean design, without any interruptions.
A significant improvement in the Xiaomi Mi TV 5 Pro compared to previous generations of the Xiaomi smart TV is the display. The manufacturer used for the first time Quantum Dot panel with 4K resolution. Mi TV 5 Pro comes in three sizes - 55. 65 and 75 ″. Among other things, the display comes with HDR10 + technology and 108% NTSC color gamut.
Highest performance so far

Prices surprised again
As is usual with Xiaomi products, the Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro also surprise with their price. However, the prices are valid for the Chinese market, the people of China. International availability has not been announced yet.
