We have this experience with each of our orders, and it was no different now. MIX 4 and Mi Pad 5 Pro came wrapped in a thick envelope with air cushions, which was wrapped in another layer of foil. The seller also has a habit of packing smaller gifts, which we have seen now. In the package, in addition to the reduction to the charger, we also found a practical propeller, which is connected to the USB C connector, for example in a smartphone. A small thing, but it will definitely please.
The Chinese versions work without any problems for us
Both the Xiaomi MIX 4 and the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro are currently only sold in Chinese versions, but this is not a big obstacle. Although the devices do not contain Slovak or Czech language in the original state, English is available. In addition, in the case of the MIX 4 smartphone, the system can be reinstalled completely localized system from Miuios.cz developers, respectively Xiaomi EU ROM.
However, the reinstallation requires experience unlocking the bootloader and flashing the system via fastboot, so it's definitely not for everyone. However, as usual, in time, the seller will certainly add a system installation service to the offer, which will be available for a fee of € 25.
Unfortunately, the translation for the Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro tablets will not be available, as confirmed by the founder of the Miuios.cz forum. However, if you are not bothered by English, the tablet is fully usable with the Chinese version of the MIUI superstructure. The seller has pre-installed the Google Play store with Google services on both devices. Thanks to this, you can install any favorite applications and even the well-known Netflix application is supported (for tablets only in 480p quality).
