Evolution of frameless design

Unfortunately, not much is known about the smartphone either, as it is probably too early for any disclosure of information by Xiaomi.
The company took the development really seriously, as evidenced by theirs huge investment in Mi MIX series and technologies. However, the first concepts of the smartphone are beginning to appear on the Internet, as well as information leaks.

Mi MIX 4 and selfie camera under the display
However, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 would not be the first smartphone to incorporate selfie camera technology under the display. The company has already won the first place ZTE, specifically with the model Axon 20 5G.
It was introduced and put on sale at the end of last year. However, the results of this technology on a given smartphone are really below average.
In the past, we have had the opportunity to see from Xiaomi a prototype of their selfie camera technology hidden under the display. Compared to the ZTE Axon 20 5G model, these were really interesting results. Xiaomi has been working on this technology for some time now, and in the video below it's about 3rd generation.
The company also helps with the development TPA, which together with Xiaomi should bring the first commercial facility this year. The question also remains specially curved displaywhich may look nice, but can be very impractical.
