The novelty comes on the market in two versions. The first round light, ideal for smaller rooms, has dimensions 499 x 54 mm and weight 1,6 kgwhile the dimensions are larger 998 x 678 x 104 mm and the weight stopped at 6,6 kg.
However, the differences are not just about size and weight. The smaller model offers light output 33 W, a larger sibling, on the contrary, up to 80 W. Either way, adequate lighting will be clearly provided.
As these are smart ceiling lights, there are also proper intelligent functions. The connection to the application on the smartphone is made with Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n along with Bluetooth 4.2. You can already happily control the lights in the application.
One of the basic possibilities of intelligent lighting is undoubtedly the setting of the light temperature. Both models offer the option of white temperature from 2700 K - 5700 K. Excellent functions are, for example, the simulation of sunrise or sunset.
The price does not offend at all
Xiaomi Mijia Philips ceiling lights were only introduced yesterday in China's home. A round smaller piece costs 399 Chinese yuan, which after conversion € 49 / $ 58 and a larger model will cost 1299 yuan, € 160 / $ 189.
