Today is a day that many Xiaomi fans have been waiting for. Several innovations were presented at a press conference in China. Among the novelties, there was also a vertical wireless charger and a third-generation power bank with proper performance.
We have already written about the products in the article about the introduction of Mi 9 Pro, but in this article we will discuss them in detail.
New phones and new accessories
Undoubtedly, the biggest attractions of today's press conference were smartphones and new smart TVs. A new series was introduced 4K Xiaomi MI TV Pro, but also a revolutionary smartphone Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha and improved my "nine" Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G.
And since new devices also support technology wireless charging with a power of 30 W, an accessory was also introduced, thanks to which we will be able to operate this method of charging.
Vertical wireless 30 W charger
A novelty is a high-performance wireless charger that can charge smartphones and other supported devices wirelessly, up to at a power of 30 W. The design of the new device is specific.
The charger is in the shape of a vertical stand in which the smartphone is placed in a vertical position. The new wireless charger has a slight incline so that the phone to be charged can be safely supported.
The purpose of this design is to improve the heat dissipation that results from high-performance wireless charging. The device is air cooled and the new design of the air ducts dissipates heat directly without passing through the coil.

Xiaomi Mi Powerbank 3 with a power of 50 W
Xiaomi Mi Powerbank 3 má kapacitu 20 000 mAh a podporuje super rýchle nabíjanie, tzv. „Super flash charge“ nabíjanie vo výkone až 50 W. Je kompatibilná s bežnými digitálnymi zariadeniami a môže nabíjať súčasne tri zariadenia – pokojne notebook a ďalšie dva smartfóny.
Zaujímavé je, že dokáže nabíjať aj notebook s nízkou spotrebou energie a dva mobilné telefóny súčasne. Uvádzacia cena tejto novinky je 299 juanov – po prepočte približne 39 € / 1 010 kč. Dátum začiatku predaja oboch nabíjačiek zatiaľ uvedený nebol.
