Presentation of the current top model Xiaomi 13Ultra is really just around the corner. The manufacturer itself has published its official photos, which only confirms the previously speculated design again with a huge camera module.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be officially presented April 18 at 13:00 p.m. our time. Rather than 24 hours before the presentation, we get to know the official design of the smartphone.
Official photos and video from Xiaomi
They were published by the manufacturer himself on the Chinese social network Weibo. All photos show only the back of the smartphone, because that is the most interesting part.
We see the Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone in white and green, which also has a fine leather finish. We have already seen something similar on the Chinese versions of the Xiaomi 13 series smartphones.
Since it is a version intended for the domestic Chinese market, we currently do not know if this version will also come to the global market or if Xiaomi will make it easier on it with the classic white and black glass version, or ceramic.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra no longer has one smaller step in addition to the classic camera module, as the Xiaomi 12S Ultra had, for example. Therefore, you can especially notice the extreme thickness of the circular module with cameras.
Top Sony sensors
It is really a distinctive design element, but also a functional element, because as we already know, the module will contain, in addition to the LED flash, four top sensors from Sony, while they also need some space.
It will be the main camera 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, which we already know from the Xiaomi 13 Pro model. Xiaomi will also add DOL-HDR technology and LN2 noise reduction. But the photos will be really top notch.
The remaining three sensors will have a 50-megapixel resolution and will be Sony IMX858-type sensors, with one being an ultra-wide-angle camera and the remaining two being telephoto lenses, apparently each with a different zoom range.
