Xiaomi introduces new products as part of the celebrations Mi Fan Festival 2020. On this occasion, two improved smart cameras were introduced with several products.
High 2K resolution
New cameras are named Xiaomi Mi Smart Camera 2K a Xiaomi Mi Smart Camera Pro. Both cameras are equipped with a sensor with an f / 1,4 aperture, which is the largest aperture ever used in Xiaomi cameras.
The cameras shoot in resolution up to 2 × 304 pixelswhich is 2K. For better visibility in poor lighting conditions, the manufacturer used 6 lenses, thanks to which more light falls on the sensor.
The cameras have a built-in speaker with a microphone, which allows you to make two-way calls through the cameras. Smart cameras communicate reliably with the application We Home. The cameras can save the photos to the SD card, upload to cloud or upload to a personal server NAS.
The main differences
We perceive the two most basic differences between these two cameras. The first difference is in communication. For version can communicate through 2,4 and 5 GHz WiFi band and also through Bluetooth. Basic version allows connection only via 2,4 GHz Wi-Fi.
The biggest difference between these cameras is the intelligent recognition of people. Basic 2K version can recognize a moving object. For version not only can it recognize a moving object, but it can also recognize whether the object being monitored is human. Both cameras can monitor the object by rotating it by 360°that is enabled by their mobile base.
Start of sales
Sales in China will start on April 9.04.2020, 2, while the price of the basic 199K version was set at XNUMX yuan, ie about 26 € / CZK 715, while the Pro version will cost 249 yuan, in terms of 33 € / CZK 895.
