A very similar ending for me. I had 2 pieces. Less than a year later, the dispensers gradually stopped producing foam. They only dispensed soap, they couldn't lather it up. While idle, more and more soap oozed out of them. The seller recommended me to clean the dispenser with warm water, but it did not help. He didn't call back later.
