Many of you are probably wondering when the latest flagship from Xiaomi will enter our markets. We asked the official distributors of Xiaomi equipment for Slovakia and the Czech Republic directly.
Czech Republic confirmed
Shortly after the performance of Xiaomi Mi 9, we are official distributor for Xiaomi products sent emails asking questions about the availability and price of the new flagship in our markets. The information is still strict, but we learned something. We enclose statements:

The statement of the Czech distributor of the Xiaomi brand thus confirms the official availability of the Mi 9 model on the Czech market. We also learned that sales should start sometime between April / April and May / May.
Unfortunately, we have not yet learned the price. Not even which models will be available on the Czech market. But one thing is certain - at a minimum basic version with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB memory will be sold.
And what about Slovakia?
In the case of Slovak distribution, the information is even stricter. The distributor's answer to our question is as follows:
"Hello, we currently have no official / unofficial information about the arrival of the Mi9 model on the Slovak market. Also no price estimates for this model.

We do not assume that Xiaomi does not plan to sell Mi 9 in Slovakia. It is probably too early for information on availability. Global version in a few days
The global performance of Xiaomi Mi 9 will take place on February 24 / February in Barcelona, Spain. The event was officially confirmed directly by the manufacturer, who published several banners for the performance. The global version should, of course, support it complete networks (4G B20 band) in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, there will be more with language support a original EU charger.
While in the case of Xiaomi Mi 8, all networks were also supported by the Chinese version, the same cannot be said about Mi 9. The manufacturer probably wants this step stop exporting Chinese versions to the global market. Other steps taken by the company are also aimed at this, such as the impossibility of installing official global versions of MIUI on Chinese versions of smartphones.
