5G network standard in 3-4 years
According to available information, the Xiaomi brand plans to introduce ten dozen 5G devices in the coming year 2020. The assumption is 40-50% of 5G devices, if we take into account the domestic Chinese market. According to the brand's CEO, the Chinese user is about 3-4 years away from the change to the coming 5G era. Xiaomi will specialize in this segment in the coming period.
Cheap 5G smartphone for 129 euros already in 2021
In order for Xiaomi to achieve this goal, an affordable smartphone will be needed for everyone. Lei Jun believes that the available 5G equipment for about 1000 yuan will be available on the technology market as early as 2021. This is approximately 129, 17 eur / 3304 CZK.
Sales growth in the third quarter increased by 4,6%, while Xiaomi is not slowing down, while he also wants to strengthen the development of 5G devices, including smartphones. We are curious how 5G technology can be implemented from the workshop of our favorite Chinese manufacturer.
