The first one is in the works electric car from our favorite Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is already in production. And the first 300 pieces should be available this year, during the month of December 2023.
The first three hundred pieces in a few weeks
The first electric vehicle under the wings of the Xiaomi ecosystem enters production. After numerous tests of driving characteristics and intelligent assistants in the streets, the "D" day arrives.
According to a source close to Xiaomi's internal operations, the Chinese company has already started the process of verifying the production line for a new electric car called Xiaomi SU7 EV.
As we already informed you, it will be available gradually the entire series of SU7 electric cars and it shouldn't be limited to just one type of vehicle. However, the manufacturer of the SU7 EV already started last week, and its goal is to assemble a total of three hundred vehicles within this month.
Quality preferred over production quantity
However, these first weeks of production will not be intended for the production of electric vehicles for the end customer. The first ones 300 vehicles type SU7 EV will be used as so-called "show car". These will be vehicles displayed in showrooms and some of Xiaomi's larger stores in China.
The current goal of the production process is also to eliminate possible problems. However, the vulnerabilities faced by Xiaomi in relation to the production line are gradually being removed and the company has already deployed a new software update that will be used in these new vehicles.
Xiaomi wants to focus first of all on improving the quality of the processing of its electric vehicles. He doesn't think that much about quantity, which is logical. This is the very first electric car from this Chinese brand.
If the production of this first piece is optimized, in the next three years we should see the presentation of the two other models announced. Another electric car is planned, as well as a hybrid model, both of which are in the design phase.
