New Xiaomi air conditioning introduced itself to us the day before yesterday, and it's a really interesting piece. In addition to the classic air conditioning, which you can also know from your home, it can regulate it ambient humidity. Quite surprising is its price.
Air conditioning with humidity control
However, Xiaomi did not present just one air conditioner at the conference. It goes up to 4 models, of which 2 are vertical and 2 horizontal. Each of them has a different power, which is 0,7 kW, 1,1 kW, 1,5 kW and 2,2 kW. So everyone can choose.
All of these models are available dual systemwhich then has the task of cooling the room also regulate the humidity of the surrounding air inside her. Due to the different output, the cooling time of the room or humidification of the air is variable.
Another feature that this air conditioning offers is self-cleaning system. Thanks to the hydrophilic radiator made of high-quality aluminum, the air conditioner can miraculously clean itself from any dirt. In addition, it also works antibacterial. It will not happen that dust flows into your room from inside the structure.
As for the air cooling itself, the air conditioning is very accurate. Its deviation is small, specifically only half a degree Celsius. The humidification itself takes place together with the classic cooling. It can be set in the range from 45% to 65%, depending on the room.
Surprising price tag
The basic version of the 1 hp air conditioner was priced at 2 Chinese yuan, which is 350 USD / 295 EUR. There is also a more powerful version with an output of 1,5 hp for the price of 2499 yuan, in terms of 380 USD / 320 €.
Unfortunately, the device will only be available in home China, while for the time being, mainly due to its size and weight, no storage at international retailers is planned. However, the possibility of possible future storage is not completely ruled out.
