New information about the third generation in a row is beginning to emerge foldable smartphone from the giant Xiaomi. There will be significant improvements this year as well, but again apparently only in China.
The performance may already be in August
The folding smartphone has a code designation Babel and model number 2308CPXD0C, the ending C indicates a model intended for the domestic Chinese market. Even the previous two generations of the Fold did not look beyond the borders, and we think it will be like this this year as well.
It also appeared under the designation in IMEI L18. The number combination 2308 indicates a launch planned for August. It is even reported that the device is likely to be introduced precisely August 11.
Again, two top AMOLED displays
The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 smartphone will again have two displays. The outer one will have a diagonal 6,5-inch, it will be an AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a 120-hertz refresh rate.
The inner folding panel will 8,02-inch AMOLED with Full HD+ resolution and 120-hertz refresh rate. Both displays will have a slot for selfie cameras.
High performance and great Leica cameras
In terms of performance, the current best will be used Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2. The highest variant should reach configuration 16 GB RAM type LPDDR5 and 1-terabyte storage UFS 4.0.
