Xiaomi and Leica recently announced their new smartphone partnership. The pair promised the announcement in July, but we do not yet know the launch date. What we do know, however, is that the long-awaited flagship model is in the pipeline Xiaomi 12Ultra. And now we have new leaks.
According to the latest post on the Weibo social network, the upcoming smartphone could arrive in two special color versions. It should be black, with a leather back cover, as well as white, with a textured ceramic surface on the back. This information comes from the well-known source Digital Chat Station.
Speaking of ceramic glass, this is not Xiaomi's first experiment. Model Xiaomi mi 11 ultra as a direct predecessor, it was also mentioned in the ceramic version. It was a more expensive and luxurious configuration of this smartphone.
Rear module Leica cameras, AMOLED and 120 W charging
But the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will not be a top device just in terms of design. An important element will also be the rear camera, which should be the company Leica take it to a new level. The unique round camera module, which some fans have called an "Oreo" island on the back, should contain at least three high-quality sensors.
