Not only smartphones were presented at today's conference, organized jointly by Xiaomi and Meitu Xiaomi CC9 and CC9e. They also unveiled a third model called the Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition.
Similar, but still different
Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition is very similar in parameters and design to the classic CC9 model. However, it bears the Meitu logo on its construction. He also has special coloring, which the company calls the "fairy color". It is focused purely on the female gender, which is the main target of this model.
Custom camera software focused on selfie
The smartphone also differs in the software. Not only does it contain a lot modified version of the MIUI superstructure by Meit, but it also has different software for cameras. Meitu is behind its 100% development.
The camera software developed by Meitu is designed to provide super-quality, super-realistic and super-detailed photography. This is how the CEO of Meitu, who represented the smartphone, described it. The smartphone also includes custom version of the Portrait camera feature. The function includes a timer that allows you to take selfie photos without the help of hands.
Artificial intelligence of the front camera in turn, it significantly improves selfie photos taken in poor lighting conditions. Meitu compares this technology with photos from competing smartphones and the differences are really noticeable.
Larger memories and special packaging
The Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition also comes with more memory than the classic CC9 model. It has up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, which according to the manufacturer is enough to store 60 photos.
The smartphone also differs from the classic model by the packaging itself - in this case, the box is colored blue-green. Another difference is the unique accessories that can be purchased with the smartphone - a gold chain or a mirror.
The other hardware is fully identical to the CC9. In the specifications we will find a 6,39 ″ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 710 processor, 48 MPx rear triple camera, 32 MPx selfie camera or 4030 mAh battery.
The price of Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition was set at 2599 yuan on the Chinese market, which is converted 335 € / CZK 8500. It will be available in only one memory configuration, with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It will probably not enter our market.
