At the end of 2021, we brought you an article on our Xiaomi Planet website about the introduction of a new smart watch produced by a Chinese giant called xiaomi watch s1. The watch is currently only available in the Chinese domestic market, with more information about it you will find here.
Recently, leaks have appeared on the Internet revealing the arrival of two new smart watches from Xiaomi directly on the global market. Apparently it will be the above-mentioned Xiaomi Watch S1 and a lightweight sibling Watch S1 Active.
Xiaomi Watch S1 and S1 Active
On twitter profile TechInsider the first reports appeared related to the introduction of new watches called Watch S1 and S1 Active. The basic model will see the light of day in two colors, black and silver, the model with the attribute "Active" will be presented in the colors "Space Black", "Ocean Blue" and "Moon White".
We can also look forward to a luxurious leather bracelet along with a stainless steel body. Based on the known specifications and estimated prices, we can say that the new watch will rank more in the premium class.
Proper equipment
In its contribution, the TechInsider portal further informs about 1,43 "AMOLED display, 4 GB internal storage or support NFC. The equipment will also include Dual GPS, a microphone designed for telephony, a speaker and water resistance up to 5 ATM.
We can also look forward to more than 200 unique dials, support for up to 117 different sports, all-day health monitoring and support from Amazon's intelligent assistant Alexa. The battery life per charge is estimated at 288 hours, but the conditions under which this endurance applies have not yet been specified.
Estimated prices
The official prices of the new smart watches produced by Xiaomi are currently unknown. The TechInsider portal estimates the price for the "Active" model at approximately 200 €, the S1 model will be 50 € more expensive, i.e. with a price of approx 250 €.
The date of the performance is not known, but the introduction of the watch on ours European market should appear to take place soon. We are very much looking forward to the watch in the editorial office, because the ratio of price and equipment looks really good.
