The first photos that appeared on the Internet show the first reported traffic accident of the new electric car Xiaomi SU7. According to these images, a collision occurred between an SU7 and a white Mercedes-Benz sedan, possibly a C-series.
As you can see, both vehicles are heavily damaged. Mercedes-Benz suffered a broken right headlight, deformation of the hood, front bumper, as well as the air intake grille in the front part.
Xiaomi SU7 bears the brunt of the impact on the right side. For this reason, it is damaged a pair of doors (in the passenger seat and rear door) as well as the deployed airbags on this side.

A well-known blogger from Chinese social networks, labeled "Big Lizi Qiqili" published a post in which he admitted that the Xiaomi SU7 electric car belonged to him. He also posted that his colleague was filming content when the accident happened. He further stated that both vehicles had green lights at intersections and also that this content was shifted to the traffic police.
Over time, after the accident, the blogger also offered up-to-date information on the condition of his vehicle. He reported that an emergency call was immediately made from the car to confirm the situation. The airbags activated in time and it seems that none of the interior accessories were damaged or dropped.
In addition, the rear touch panels remained intact, even the door handles worked in a standard way and the doors themselves could be opened without any problems.
Information was also released that the Xiaomi SU7 vehicle was taken to a warranty service center for repair. Fortunately, the driver and the other participant in the accident escaped with only minor injuries. The Chinese blogger concluded his post by reminding all his followers to prioritize safety while driving.
