Our favorite Chinese company Xiaomi officially presented its compact laser printer named Xiaomi Laser Printer K100. It will also offer wireless printing in its equipment, it can handle up to 20 pages per minute and it also has fast pairing thanks to the NFC chip.

Xiaomi K100, as we can refer to this laser printer for short, it impresses at first sight with its minimalist design. It has a compact body with dimensions of only 331 x 178 millimeters. Small dimensions are an advantage when used not only at home, but also in the office. They will be especially appreciated by users with a smaller desk or limited space.
The laser printer from Xiaomi has a USB connector for printing directly from the device, as well as wireless printing. Thanks to the chip NFC you can quickly connect your device to the printer and also get easy access to the printer application. You can print your documents directly from your smartphone with a single touch.
In terms of functions, in addition to printing from a smartphone, there is also a scanning function, automatic edge recognition and manual optimization of the document or its modification. There is also scanning of several pages and their sorting into one .pdf file. It can produce original toner from the manufacturer up to 20 pages per minute, with high quality without blurring.
The design of the printer is adapted to replace the toner cartridge. The replacement one from the manufacturer costs 249 yuan (approx. €34) and can print approximately 1500 pages per use. Converted, one printing page costs only about €0,02, which makes it a very efficient printing device with a very good price-performance ratio.
Compared to the predecessor, named AIO K200, the model is Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 more affordable option. While the K200 offers slightly better technical specifications and is suitable for more demanding customers, the K100 is suitable for everyday needs in a standard household. It is thus a great choice for those looking for a compact solution for not too much money.
Price and availability of a new product
New laser printer with marking Xiaomi Laser Printer K100 goes on sale in China at an introductory price 849 yuan (approx. €115). It will be available at a higher retail price at a later date 899 yuan (approx. 122 €).
